The cipher that stayed secret for 92 years

John F. Byrne invented Chaocipher in 1918 and challenged the world to break it. The method was only published in 2010, after his family donated his papers. It uses two alphabets, one for plaintext and one for ciphertext, and after each letter both are rotated and one letter in each is moved, so the substitution changes constantly.

You need both starting alphabets. Leave them as they are to use the ones from Byrne's own example.
