Codes hiding in the keyboard

A classic trick is to type a message with your hands moved one key to the side, so HELLO comes out as JR;;P. Another swaps each letter for the one in the same position on a QWERTY keyboard, where Q stands for A, W for B, E for C, and so on through the rows. Text typed with the keyboard set to the wrong layout, like Dvorak, looks like gibberish in the same way.
